Clinic Schedule:

9:30 am – 9:45 am:

  • Arrival and Sign-In

  • Check-in and daily schedule distribution

  • Brief into to the day's activities

9:45 am – 10:00 am:​

  • Welcome Activities and Group Formation

  • Ice-breakers and team-building

  • Grouping by age and skill level

​

10:00 am – 10:45 am:​

  • Technical Skills Development

  • Dribbling, passing, shooting, defending drills

​

10:45 - 11:00 am:

  • Morning Break

  • Hydration and light snack 

​

11:00 - 11:45 am:

  • Tactical Training Sessions

  • Game strategy and positioning

  • Small-sided games

11:45 - 12:15 am:​

  • Skill Challenges and Competitions

  • Fun contests (e.g., dribbling relays, 1v1 battles)

​

12:15 - 12:45 pm:​

  • Lunch Break

  • Packed lunch and social downtime

​

12:45 - 1:15 pm:​

  • Guest Speaker or Educational Workshop

  • Topics: nutrition, mindset, leadership, etc.

1:15 - 2:20 pm:​

  • Match Play and Review

  • Full-sided games with coach feedback

2:20 - 2:30 pm:​

  • Team Huddle & Player Awards

  • Celebrate the day

  • Recognise standout efforts

  • Dismissal and parent pick-up

Age Group & Organisation

  • Suitable for children aged 5-12 years

  • Initial age-based grouping

  • Ability-based adjustments following warm-up assessment

  • Small group sizes: 4-8 children per coach

  • Look for the S4S Gazebo in bright pink, white or black.

Wet Weather Policy

In very rare occasions when it does rain heavily:

  • Sessions will be rescheduled to the end of term where possible

  • Term credit available if rescheduling isn't possible

  • Refund option available
