Cancellation Policy
Refunds Before Program Start: β’ Full refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the program begins. β’ Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds After Program Start: β’ Refunds after the program begins are only considered for medical reasons and limited to one session per term. β’ If approved, a credit note will be issued based on the number of sessions attended. Non-Refundable Items: The following are non-refundable: β’ Missed sessions due to vacations, or personal scheduling conflicts. Weather & Cancellations: β’ If sessions are cancelled due to weather or field closures, we will do our best to offer makeup sessions. β’ If a make-up session cannot be scheduled, a credit note will be issued.
